Welcome to se-store.com. These terms apply every time you browse, buy, or interact with our site. By using our store, you agree to play fair.

1. How you may (and may not) use our site
You’re welcome to explore our catalog, read reviews, and place orders. You are not allowed to:

  • Use bots, scrapers, or crawlers to pull product data or pricing.

  • Post fake reviews, spam, or misleading content.

  • Attempt to hack, overload, or interfere with our servers.

  • Purchase products for commercial resale without our written permission.

We monitor for suspicious behaviour and may block access without notice.

2. Orders and your account
When you click “Place order”, you make a binding offer. We accept that offer only when we send a shipping confirmation—your order receipt is not an acceptance.
If you create an account, you’re responsible for all actions under it. Keep your password private. If you think someone else has accessed your account, email us immediately—we’ll lock it, but we can’t cover losses that happen before you tell us.

3. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in AUD, USD, or EUR depending on your location. We update them frequently, but errors happen—if a $300 tent shows as $30, we’ll cancel and refund.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, and selected local methods (like Klarna where available). By submitting payment, you confirm you’re the authorised cardholder.

4. Our right to cancel
We may cancel your order and give you a full refund (no extra compensation) if:

  • The item is out of stock after your order (oversells happen during flash sales).

  • A clear pricing mistake occurred.

  • Your payment fails fraud checks.

We’ll always email you with the reason—no ghosting.

5. Liability and things outside our control
Our total liability to you is capped at the price you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for lost time, missed trips, or any indirect losses.
We are also not responsible for delays caused by events we can’t reasonably control: strikes, extreme weather, customs seizures, carrier collapses, or government lockdowns. If delivery takes much longer, we’ll offer you a refund or store credit.

6. Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. For EU/North American customers, your local consumer protections still apply alongside—this clause doesn’t strip your statutory rights. Any disputes will first be handled by email; if unresolved, they go to courts in Brisbane, Australia.

7. Changes
We may update this page with new terms. The date at the top tells you when. Continuing to use se-store.com after a change means you accept the new version.
